As a kid, I was very active. I played soccer, basketball, and baseball. Of course, I kept getting banged up.
I started getting angry with my family. I coped with the anger by eating a lot of sugar and processed food.
By 6th grade, I had significant hip and lower back pain, which got steadily worse.
My mom, being the great mom that she is, took me everywhere to try to help me relive the pain. I went to an Orthopedic Doctor, Physical Therapy, even had all the X Rays. It got to a point where I couldn’t even walk!
She finally took me to a Chiropractor. Instant relief!!!! So, surprise, guess what I became…a Chiropractor.
I had great results with so many patients, but unfortunately, there were some that I wasn’t able to help as much as I wanted to.
That’s when I discovered that there were many hidden body stressors that were preventing my patients from finally being as healthy as they could be.
Discovering that hidden body stressors existed, was just the first step. I knew I needed to figure out how to help the body get rid of those stressors, so my patients would feel their best.
